Key Responsibilities
● Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Lead a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Customer Resolution: Handle customer escalation calls and ensure timely and effective resolution to maintain service standards.
● Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring high productivity and alignment with overall goals.
● Reporting & Analysis: Maintain comprehensive trackers for sales, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition. Analyse sales data and trends to improve strategy.
● Process Improvement: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for underperformance and implement corrective actions.
● Adherence & Occupancy: Ensure strict adherence to shift schedules and manage team occupancy levels effectively.
● Development: Motivate and engage the team to reduce attrition. Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a team handling/supervisory role.
● Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
● Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel, Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
● Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance tracking.
● Communication: Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
● Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; willingness to work in shifts.
