Note: Both villas are part of a single estate — if you choose to book only one villa, you will be sharing common areas (like the pool, garden, games room, and other amenities) with guests in the other villa.

Prices mentioned are exclusive of 18% GST

Each villa can accommodate a maximum of 2 additional persons only. Price per extra person is INR 3000/- + GST

  • Prior booking is mandatory
  • Check-in time: 3 PM, Check out time: 11 AM. We do not have a 24 hr check-in.
  • All villa guests get a complimentary Day Out pass at Area 83.
  • ⁠Breakfast next day is included in the booking.
  • ⁠The Day Out pass also includes lunch and hi-tea on the day of the check-in.
  • ⁠There is a private pool, exclusively for Dune Villas.
  • ⁠Consumption of Alcohol within the premises of Area 83 is strictly prohibited.
