Area 83’s chalets are ideal for families or groups of friends. With a stellar balance of style and comfort, our chalets are created to give you the perfect vacation experience.
The chalets are situated amidst lush greenery, and each chalet can accommodate up to four guests. Having access to a variety of amenities, such as fresh linens, housekeeping, and room service, all add up to the perfect getaway. The room is fully air-conditioned, and there is a common swimming pool that the guests can use at their leisure.

Note: (For Chalets and Suites)
If the number of in-house guests exceeds 15 people, there will be no option to order à la carte; a buffet will be provided. If the number of in-house guests is less than 15, we allow the guests to order à la carte.
Terms & Conditions
- Prior booking is mandatory.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (24-hour check-in is not available).
- Meals Included: Dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast the following morning.
- Amenities: Access to the swimming pool and common activities such as cricket, football, and more is included.
- Alcohol Policy: Consumption of alcohol within the Area 83 premises is strictly prohibited.
- Pricing:
- Individuals aged 6 years and above are charged full price.
- Children aged 5-9 years are charged half price for the buffet.
